Glass replacement

Does your vehicle have glass damage?

For Total Care customers

Glass protection is included in your contract, so please call 0345 266 5028 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5.15pm) to arrange.

However, you will be responsible for paying a glass CIC (Customer Incident Charge) where it is necessary to replace the glass – please check your contract to find out how much this charge is.

No charge applies where the glass can be repaired. A replacement vehicle is not included as part of your contract.

For other BYD Lease customers

If you need a glass repair or windscreen replacement, we can help. We recommend contacting your insurer - many car insurance policies cover glass repair and/or replacement.

If you’d like BYD Lease to arrange your glass repair we may be able to help - but the service will be chargeable.

Charges will automatically be billed to you. If you’d like to go ahead, please call 0345 266 5028 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5.15pm) to arrange. A replacement vehicle is not included as part of your contract.
